SLU PT Students Engage with Refugee and Immigrant Communities at Local Health Fair

Vitendo 4 Africa’s Health & Resource Fair Event

We presented at Vitendo 4 Africa’s Health & Resource Fair Event. The organization’s goal is to welcome, connect, and empower immigrants and refugees in Missouri.

We specifically presented on staying healthy during the winter months and created flyers with information concerning nutrition, hand washing, and exercise suggestions for the indoors. 

We had an interactive activity with a variety of exercises focused on indoor activities that the kids enjoyed!
